Ingredients of Chicken masoor pulao

  1. Prepare 1 cup of whole masoor dal(here we get both small & big in size) 3/4 cup oil.
  2. It's 1 kg of chicken,.
  3. Prepare 2 spoon of curd.
  4. You need 1 block of maggi cube.
  5. It's of Masala.
  6. You need 1 of pod of garlic.
  7. You need ,1 of inch ginger,.

  11. It's 1 of sliced onion.
  12. You need 8 of black pepper,.
  13. You need 5 of green cardamom,.
  14. Prepare 2 of bay leaves,.
  15. Prepare 1 stick of cinnamon,.
  16. You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  17. It's 1 of black cardamom.
  18. You need 3 cups of basmati rice soaked in water for at least 10 mins.
  19. Prepare as required of Salad(1 cup curd,1 chopped onion,1 chopped tomato,1 green chilli chopped,1 tsp salt & some coriander leaves).
  20. You need 2 of Some potatoes chopped,.
  21. It's 2 tsp of salt.
  22. Prepare 2 cups of of water.

Chicken masoor pulao instructions

  1. First soak the lentils in warm water(use big size masoor dal) now grind the masala(pic2)slice the onion and remove the whole garam masala..
  2. Now heat oil in a big vessel, then add onion and garam masala and saute till onions are brown.now add the grinded masala,salt and curd.saute few minutes..
  3. Now add the chicken pieces and mix well,now add potatoes with lentils and simmer for 5 mins with closed lid.now add rice with 2 cups of water.check seasoning.
  4. Now when most of water is absorbed by rice give a mix,add little water and cover the lid with cloth.simmer on slow flame for 5 to 10 mins and off flame.open the lid after 5 mins(pic2)give a slight mix.pulav is ready.
  5. Mix all above ingredients of salad and serve with hot pulav and enjoy(decorate with fried onions and coriander leaves).
